The tool you were using (for example, Compress PDF or PDF to Word).
What you expected to happen and what actually happened.
Your browser and operating system, if the issue is on the website.

We do not store the files you process — they are handled in memory and discarded after your download — so we cannot recover a document for you after the fact. Please keep your own copies.

Request an API Key

Our REST API (base URL https://api.pdf-edit.tech) is open at a default rate limit. If you need the higher authenticated limit of 600 requests per minute, request a key by emailing [takshagps@gmail.com](mailto:takshagps@gmail.com?subject=TG%20Edit-Pdf%20API%20key%20request) with the subject line "TG Edit-Pdf API key request". Tell us briefly what you are building and your expected volume. Keys are issued manually, so allow a couple of business days.

Report a Bug

Found something broken? Email [takshagps@gmail.com](mailto:takshagps@gmail.com?subject=Bug%20report) with the steps to reproduce it, the tool involved, and a screenshot if you can. Reproducible reports get fixed fastest.
